We have the quality as well as the right mentality. If you think about Oxlade's performance tonight or Wilshere's performance against Barcelona last year - they were the stand out performers in those key games. We haven't seen that from the likes of Vela. Smashing carling cup pub teams is all well and good. I think having an English core helps to buy us a couple of extra years over the Fabregas/Nasri's. I'm not worried about them leaving because I think we'll be hitting some success and they'll be encouraged by that.
I believe that youngsters are our future.

Seems really Cringe to me his tweets, when he was with us he was always going on about Barca, now he is with them he is bleating on about how much he loves the club. Never seem to love the club last season when he was pining to move to Barca.

He wants the fans on side thats all he cares nout for the club, just like Nasri.

Fair enough, tho you should probably take Ollie's monkier now. But just being a sourpuss for a minute, Szczesny has already gone on record saying he could see himself at Barca someday (sound familiar); Wilshere will stay till the English media makes sure he's got a Rooneyesque ego and then demands 10% of our wage bill for his sole gratification; and Ox has got a dad and an uncle who's greatest career laurel between them is being in the 4th division team of the year, won't be surprised if they whisper to him a Chamberlain should achieve far more. Oh well, we'll still have Feo tho :hurrah:

Players looked heartbroken at the final whistle. You could tell all season (apart from one or two games, if not then the managers tactics) they've been fighting much harder than they have been in the last 2 or 3 seasons, I think we cannot afford to lose Van Persie and build this team with QUALITY and keep the belief that we've had and we'll go one better, but if Van Persie leaves then atleast replace him, or i feel the cycle will start again.
