No.
No.
Dzeko went mental at the start of the season but then lost his place in the team and that killed him. Not sure it would be any different for him here because he certainly wouldn't start centrally as RVP has that spot nailed down.
This is the potential issue with 433, it's designed towards providing for RVP. Which is not a problem as such because if you have a player of RVP's ability you do whatever you can to get the best out of him. It becomes a problem when your alternatives cannot perform the same role and you don't adjust tactics to suit.
Maybe we are playing a 433 because that is what Wenger sees as the best option with the players we have currently available. If he had Dzeko, it is just possible that Wenger might think about a 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 formation - I think he has some understanding of the game and not might be the footballing cretin some people seem to imagine.![]()
No, to a swap for RvP. . .yes to any possibilty of snapping him up. . . .his wage demands may be a bit much tho
I imaginw that Wenger would look at the formation issue I see if there was a way to fit the pair together. . .
Dzekos future I believe could very well be intertwined with Tevezs, if Citeh and Carlos kiss and make up then Dzeko coild well be off
Arsène Wenger says his focus in the transfer market will be on quality not quantity this summer.
The Arsenal manager has been linked with a host of players, with some observers predicting a major rebuilding project.
The Frenchman insists he does not expect to make a raft of changes to his squad and says that any signings he does make will be top class.
“We will not be a lot on the market, quantity-wise I mean. Quality-wise, certainly,” he said.
“But the [maximum] number of the squad is 25. We have many players out on loan and we will take a gamble if we find top, top quality of course.
“But don’t forget we have many players out on loan and we have not had Jack Wilshere or Abou Diaby for the whole season.
“These players will be back and it means that number and quality-wise we are strong because we are in the position we are in without these players.”
Wenger admits that he also hopes to wrap up any transfer deals earlier than last summer.
“You want to make me say that last year was bad and I agree with you - last year was terrible for us because we finished on August 31 at 11.55pm and we do not want to repeat that, of course,” he said.

WUMger
That is the ULTIMATE combination of Wengerism in one article.

It's better to burn out, than to fade away.
I reckon there's an office pool going at Highbury House.
How many Wengerisms can Arsene fit into one press conference.
Next week he'll only answer questions in the form of song titles.
He must know he uses them. So half the time he's taking the absolute piss out of everyone.
Forget Cripps.
Wenger is light years ahead.
Cripps. Forever in Wenger's shadow![]()
