He'll be back with us next season, play really well against Man Utd and then be benched for the rest of time.

This could be another 4-4 tbf.
Are Newcastle 3 at the back?
Their midfield are all CMs I think.
Both quite attacking teams though and it's one of those must wins for us.
1-1.
Pardew in Austin Powers glasses.
I suppose Gutierrez can play as fullback, he has been there before for Argentina.
Possibly. Either way it's an extremely weak defence. Even we should be able to get past it a few times.
Cisse and Ba against Carra though....![]()
This will be Carra's last season surely? He's bright enough (like Gary Neville was) to know that he can't cut it at this level anymore.
I would have thought so. He has fallen off a cliff this season. Conversely Skrtel has improved without Carra, for whatever reason. Coates isn't quite ready yet but he might have more of a role in the last few games.
Or at least he may still be involved in playing if desperately needed, but focussing on coaching/badges etc. Like I think Aurelio has been doing.
Huge boos for Jose Enrique and Carroll.
They should be cheering really...
Shelvey shot deflected over, looked like it was going to drop in behind Krul.
