I thought first half we did OK. Well, we gave them a 2 goal lead which wasn't very helpful but after that we did OK, their 'keeper made some good saves and we were a bit unlucky to go in behind. When we got the goal back I was pretty confident we'd get something.

2nd half was very disappointing, we just didn't come out and do enough. Their 'keeper didn't make a save as far as I remember all half, if anything Wigan had the better chances. Not good enough.

The first goal particularly annoyed me. It was our corner and ever single Wigan player was back defending. There's just no way they should be scoring on the break from that position.

Ah well, on we go. Hopefully the Chavs won't get a thumping on Wednesday and will have one eye on the return leg vs Barca and we can get a result. Important game for us now, that one.

There really is no point in moaning about the shit players we have, we knew we had them at the start of the season and we know we're stuck with them until the transfer window opens. No point in going over old ground continuously.

What we do know however is that it seems that we are lining up some quality players to buy this summer and we may have a pretty decent team next season.

Yes this result is bloody annoying and it's frustrating when we don't play as well as we can and drop points, but ffs it wasn't going to be a walk in the park tonight and your fucking kidding yourselves if you thought otherwise. The only downside is we threw the game away ourselves and that is what is annoying.

We have lost 2 games in the last 11 which isnt bad going, and the arsenal of previous years would have lost a lot more in this period. We can't win every game for christs sake and there are going to be fuck ups every now and then. I bet we go and beat the chavs on Sunday, then there is only 3 games left.

We all pretty much wrote this season off at the start of it. We were 17th at one point and didn't look like getting into the top 10. Let's put things into perspective a bit.
