The decision was a mistake but to say our medical staff should be replaced because of it is a massive over-reaction. As I've said current and former players are very positive about the medical staff. What was totally ridiculous is that Walcott did his hamstring and came back on for a few mins, in that time Wenger decided Gervinho should come on for Oxo, he only changed his mind when Theo broke down as the substitution was about to be made.

That's laughable, as is the decision to let Walcott carry on.
