Our board operates just like Chelseas. Di Matteo (even though he's not confirmed as manager) tells Abramovich what's happening and Abramovich is too weak to stand up to him. Same at Arsenal, Wenger controls all the money and the board is helpless. I don't remember saying it did and not just because I didn't type those words but because I don't consider Abramovich's will ambition. You said it yourself, in another thread; shortcutting.
