He should at least get a ban for a race. This isn't the first incident, probably not even the seventh incident of his.
A few years ago, a GP2 race at Monaco, Maldonado ignored yellow flags and hit a marshall, paralysing him. He was banned for life from racing there, but money talks and the ban was lifted.
He needs to be out of this sport.
