Once a player goes on loan (after given a chance with us) that pretty much spells the end, especially if they've expressed a desire to leave.
They might come back, temporarily, but aren't usually considered in the long term planning.
It'll be no great shock or disappointment if Arshavin, Bendtner, Denilson and Vela all move on.
Apart from the CM we have all those bases covered now.
id take him back in a heartbeat. however Wenger has destroyed him. its clear to everyone that his best position is down the middle, but Wenger and his bag of tricks stuck him out wide. i truly believe that he wasn't happy with this and thats why he became unmotivated. this is just speculation of course but to me it makes sense.
