I would suggest Tottenham look stronger.

A disinterested Modric has gone - Dembele has joined, along with Sig who are proven, quality PL players.

Mountinho was one of the stand-out players at Euro 2012 (in my opinion) whilst Lloris (if he joins) is a top class keeper.

Add in Vertonghen, I believe they are stronger.

Liverpool have added Sahin, Allen and probably Dempsey, which again will make them a far more potent side.

Don't really rate Lloris tbh, but would be a good signing for them, as for Mountinho good player though.

Spudz need to get stronger anyway they are trying to get back in the top 4 where has we seem to think we have enough to stay in it same with pool.

We're hearing very strong rumours linking Tottenham with a move for Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho. It is said to be a deal worth around £30m. Moutinho played under Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas during his time at successful time at Porto.
