Sterling reminds of Wheelchair before he passed away, with that fearless drive. India's finest Shelvey also looks like a great prospect.
I think Liverpool need a proper striker though, Suarez is quality but he seems to only score worldies and that won't happen in every game.
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/rodgers...0126--sow.htmlLiverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has refused to rule out the Anfield club making a shock bid to bring Michael Owen back to the club.
The former England striker is a free-agent after being released by Manchester United after three-years with the Old Trafford club but is yet to sign up with another club.
He has been heavily linked with Stoke City throughout the summer, and in more recent times with Martin O’Neill’s Sunderland however he is yet to announce where his future lies.
And following Andy Carroll’s loan move to West Ham United, there has been speculation that Liverpool could make a move for Owen to help boost their attacking options.
And when quizzed by reporters following his side’s 2-0 home loss to Arsenal on Sunday, Rodgers refused to deny he is interested in the 32-year-old.
He also admitted that if he realized the club would not be adding to its attacking options, he would not have allowed former Newcastle front man Carroll to leave the club.
Rodgers said: "Any player that I believe can improve the squad I will look at. We have got a very, very small squad with some very young players in it. So I can't say no."
Would the fans accept Owen back?
They should go for Dids though, if he's willing to play for another Prem club that isn't Chelsea.
Didds will end up in Russia.
Yeah at Anzhi I would've thought.
People are already calling for Carroll to come back and save the day.

http://www1.skysports.com/football/n...s-Carroll-moveLiverpool manager Brendan Rodgers admits he would not have let Andy Carroll move to West Ham if he had known he could not replace him.
Rodgers allowed Carroll to move to the Hammers on loan thinking Clint Dempsey would be arriving from Fulham.
Liverpool were then outbid by Tottenham who offered the United States international a more favourable deal.
The Anfield side are now woefully short of forwards and Rodgers reportedly may even consider out-of-contract Michael Owen or Didier Drogba.
Quizzed
Rodgers gave one-word answers when quizzed about Carroll replying 'no' when asked if he would have let him leave and 'very' about how confident he was in getting a replacement in.
In relation to signing former Liverpool striker Owen and Drogba, Rodgers said: "I can't say no. Any player I believe can improve the squad, I will look at.
"We have a very small group. We had 19 training yesterday. It is something that would have to be discussed."
A 2-0 home defeat by Arsenal on Sunday condemned Liverpool to their worst start to a season since 1962-63.
