I don't think it is too much of an exaggeration to question his form over the last few months now.
I certainly would not drop him yet, but I would consider it soon if we don't see his form improve. A good coach will help his players through a bad run, but if it continues then tough decisions will have to be made.

This says diffrently, but only you will twist words to make your argument look good. Besides Chesney is the best keeper we have and you'd be a fool to think otherwise."Maybe he put himself a little bit under pressure because he knows Mannone played well at Stoke and at Liverpool. I think he played better in the second half."
I can't remember one during the Sunderland game.
Mannone did well during his couple of games but he's hardly covered himself in glory previously.
Chesney's alright. His form has been a bit of a worry but I don't think it's as bad as you're making out.
I agree Chesney's alright but alright doesn't win you anything. We need to be aiming for better than alright.
I just have a hunch with Ches that he's one of these characters that needs to be pushed. He seems to always be clowning around (I know all goalkeepers are supposed to be crazy). If an ageing Lehmann was our number two then Ches would have pushed on and would be a world beater by now.
Yeah but tbf the 4 in front of himn did not help much, where as i think the defensive unit is better this season, lets not forget that was his 2nd game of the season. Its not as if he played 4 games straight. I think with Bould he will give him that push you say he needs.
