Jenkinson will be much better defender than Sagna . He can attack and cross better than him . He can defend as well as him . What Sagna got more than Jenky is just experience and how to read a game which the boy will get with time .

We'll see. The real test for him is when he moves from being the kid from Cheltenham who's doing well - bless, to the serious footballer who could make a few quid for the hangers-on. Then we'll see what his temperament is like. No point even trying to guess beforehand.

When it comes to money , you can't trust any player anymore . Ronaldo , RVP , Rooney ,Barry ..etc.. give us a good lesson .
But you can't deny the obvious progress the kid is making in such a short time . I bet he will be a fantastic footballer . Whether we will keep him for a long time or not is another question . Every player need some financial assurance for their future and some trophy for their pride . We need to match that at some stage . We can't continue to blame them forever . Who would want to remain in mediocrity ? No even you , I suppose .

@alpha, I don't think Jenkinson will ever be top notch. He is village filth but he can carve out a good career as someone who goes around kicking wingers. There is big demand for that right now.

Gibbs is the one to watch out for. He looks like he has a very nice ceiling in his cave.
