Mata is by far Chelsea's best striker. He's not Spanish enough to get into his national team though. He gets put into the same bracket as Silva/Cazorla but he's better in the final third rather than the build-up. He's basically a more mobile and talented Fat Frank. They should try him out in Lampregas' position.
