Well not true, 07/08 was good enough to win the league, fell apart after the Eduardo leg break.

Year we got in the CC final that team was good enough to win the league and should have won the CC.

its gone downhill ever since that CC defeat. we used to be up there in the league only a few of points off first place come may. but since that loss we've not shown nowhere near the form title contenders should be showing. turned into top 4 contenders.

Yep, he's wiped the slate clean. Took the money when he couldn't play and ran off to Utd as soon as he could. That was bad, but scoring against us and then not celebrating more than makes up for it.

I moved on ages ago. He wanted to win things - why not? If you were one of the best footballers on the planet ( which he is by the way) would you want to stick at one club all your life that wins fuck all season after season. I wouldnt. Manure have a great chance of winning the league - Chelsea arent that good and the other Mancs have been stumbling.

Why the f*ck would he stay with us exactly, you've seen what's happening at the club, I can't see why a top player would want to stay when we have nothing to offer them....we won't sign quality, won't pay, won try and win stuff and won't change. Blame the board and manager (I know you already do) because they're the reason no f*cker wants to stick around anymore.

After today it's fair to say he'll be very happy with his decision on several scores.

Well obviously it's a different team, we sold all our best players off 2 at a time

That's pure speculation, they didn't win it so that can't be proved, in addition Eduardo was highly overrated considering the amount of goals he'd scored for us....up until Christmas he'd hardly featured.

Saying should is all very good, but they didn't which in the end means something within the setup wasn't good enough, the only thing we could have won was the CC cup a few years back, because we had the stronger team, not convinced about the rest at all.
