Funny you say that because when they thumped us in the CC I was one of those that was angry whereas most people wrote it off as a "mickey mouse cup game"...it never is against Spurs.

Redknapp however is a manager and I don't associate him with Spurs, he managed them but that was in the past (Graham did the same). I'm disillusioned now and the importance of football isn't quite where it was to me 10 years ago that's all.

I think it's the primary concern of the club to be successful again, success brings, more money, more fans, more merchandising and more prestige....the benefits are countless. I don't believe the current people in charge have the clubs interests at heart.

As a fan you want your club to be the best it can be, seeing them choosing off the field finances instead of football is sickening.

It's not worthless, seeing your team picking up a trophy at Wembley is never worthless...neither is beating your arch rivals.

Yet you quite irrationally would have anybody 'entertaining' as a manager so long as it's not Wenger - how is doing anything like that going to help us get to the level you supposedly want us to get to? Presumably you'd advocate Ian Holloway getting a chance too.
