ba would be good for jan but if we don't go for even better in the summer then there is no point.

Would love us to bring in talent not stop gaps!
Tommy Smith on ESPN who is a mouthy gob shite at the best of times was saying it woild be madness to spunk the money in January.
Part of me says he is right because I dont really want Wenger to get his hands on that money but what else can we do
1) the team is in need of a fix, at least one ore body in every area and
2) there is easily a chance Wenger will still be here at the club
However if the club and Wenger stii think we are a top flight outfit then a massive push for Pep should be made next season, Wenger should see the sense in this an agree to step aside or move upstairs

Just to add, I am not saying that just because it is Pep that the glory days are going to coming flooding back but the guy will be available to listen to offers and has pedigree, we would be foolish not to,approach
"I really like Arsenal. Do you really like Arsenal, or only Arsenal with trophies?" - Dennis Bergkamp.
"Which Arsenal do they want back, the one Arsene created?" - Tony Adams.
dunno, no one gave a fuck about him whilst at wigan, hence the transfer to west ham. a few months good form doesn't make him a worthwhile transfer yet.
Maybe we should put in a bid for Balotelli, could probably get him for a nominal fee, then our team of ****s would be complete.
He was pretty decent at Wigan from what I remember of him. I was surprised West Ham were the only club in for him in the summer though I think he's on pretty big wages there.
I dunno...our midfield isn't great, Diame whilst not an elite player would definitely give us something we're lacking. I doubt we'll go for him anyway, looks like Wenger wants to continue with developing the likes of Coquelin & Ramsey.
What's all this talk about Wenger going upstairs? To do what?
I know it would be a jizz fest for Wengerites were this to happen, but that frugal old bat must not be anywhere near the club whenever a new manager takes over.
Scary, horrific thought of Wengbot in a higher, more influential, authorative and powerful position at The Arsenal.
