We were contacted recently by someone promoting a football film which is being filmed early next year asking if we'd be interested in being part of a competition where people can be extras in said film. Sounded like fun so I asked for more details and I've been asked to post the following thread. If you're interested then reply to this thread saying so and your names can be put into the 'hat'.
Ever wanted to star on the big screen? Well, this could be your chance! The Hooligan Factory, a comedy spoofing football hooligan films of recent times, is filming across London from 14th January, and we have 10 roles as extras on the film up for grabs.
Danny wants something more. Expelled from school and living in his grandfather’s flat, he longs to live up to the image of his estranged father, Danny Senior. Sent to prison for force feeding a judge his own syrup, Danny Senior was a legend and young Danny is looking for a way to emulate his father’s achievements, to rise to become “top boy”.
Meanwhile in Wormwood Scrubs prison, legendary football hooligan Bex is about to be released. Bex is on a quest of his own, one of vengeance against his nemesis and rival firm leader Yeti.
When Danny and Bex’s paths cross, they embark on a journey as old as hooliganism itself.
All you need to do is register your interest under this thread and make sure you’re free for the whole day on either the 8th, 9th or 10th February. The producers will then pick 10 names at random and get in touch individually in 2013 to arrange all the details.
