I think he isn't quite so much of a pub teamer as McClean, he looks like he can keep the ball under control when he runs, though maybe too much.
Like you say though, 18 is very young but then if these things aren't pointed out to him, he won't ever improve.
He's quite raw but the potential is there.
Of course there's no guarantee he'll live up to it. Could go either way.

Well he does actually have ability, rather than just being a runner like McClean. Given QPR's right back seemed to disappear and he was given the freedom of the pitch, he's actually had quite a poor game.
Hopefully now he's signed the contract we won't play him in literally every match. Maybe even Assaidi will get a game.... whoever he is.
He'll have multiple opportunities to get it right in this game though. And yeah Sterling hadn't played, well started in the last couple of games.
