You say that but I don't think this board don't care at all how we do, their target seems to be top 4 finishes, Wenger has delivered.
Had we fallen into mid-table I reckon Wenger and the club would have parted company years ago.
I'd agree with this if there was any chance of him leaving in the near future, but there's isn't IMO.I kind of agree with this. I would rather funds were saved for a new manager, if we're that lucky, in the summer. It makes more sense.
However, if we don't get 4th/CL football then it could put off a potential big name manager in coming here. Although I would like to think that it wouldn't really matter, but there is always a chance.
Thing is at this point I don't really care what happens this season, I just want wenger gone and I don't think I will care again until that happens
