Having watched it again, it wasn't a penalty.

I wasn't fully concentrating on the game when it was on, and I saw the incident which I mentioned above and thought that was when the penalty was given.

Diaby moaning at the players in front of him and then dawdling on the ball and giving it away was the highlight for me. Ramsey almost did the exact same thing in the second half. Such stupid players.
