Henri Lansbury was a 57th-minute substitute as England Under-21s drew 0-0 with Ukraine in the European Championships on Wednesday.

The Arsenal midfielder replaced Scott Sinclair just before the hour-mark and England looked much more of a goal threat after his introduction.

The point leaves Stuart Pearce’s side third in Group B and needing to beat Czech Republic on Sunday to secure a place in the Semi Finals.
Really should start. They have looked more lively when he comes on

Henri Lansbury was a 64th-minute substitute as England Under-21s crashed out of the European Championships with a 2-1 defeat against Czech Republic on Sunday.

The Arsenal midfielder replaced Jordan Henderson with the game goalless and England went in front just 12 minutes later through Danny Welbeck’s header.

But late goals from Jan Chramosta and Tomas Pekhart sent the Czechs through to the Semi-Finals and condemned Stuart Pearce’s side to an early exit.
Apparently had a knock which was why he didnt start
