How is it silly, the managers don't fine their players or discipline them for diving, they probably encourage it so that they can get their team the advantage it's been happening on the continent for decades and now happens in England.

If you want to clamp down on it it needs to be frowned upon, it's not really....the occasional yellow card doesn't disuade anyone.
