We shouldn't immediately jump to conclusions. At least give him a chance to explain himself. He comes from a South American country. How do we know he didn't think Ivanovich had been bitten by a deadly snake? Maybe he was trying to suck the poison out? Suarez could be being condemned here for trying to do the right thing. At least that's what it looked like to me. I might be wrong.
