    The point was they have more motivation to win then if they had nothing to play for at all. I'm sure they weren't planning on losing games, but they probably wouldn't have gone all out to win them.

    They won't go 'all out' anyway. It's of course going to be Fergie's desire but it's very hard for players to keep that full motivation going when they've already achieved what they need to.
