Society is now one polished horde
Formed by two mighty tribes, the bores and the bored.
"After all, it was the Gunners’ goalkeeper who started the move that culminated in Thomas’ crowning glory. It was Lukic who, in injury time, decided to throw the ball out to Lee Dixon rather than lump it long..."
I don’t think I could stomach watching football if Cesc moved to Man Utd. We should make a move for him because we’ve seriously missed his presence over the last two years. We look so disjointed and clumsy when trying to play through the middle these days. If we brought in Cesc, I think that would solve our frontline problem because all three front players will get nothing but service. I also think Wilshere and Ramsey need to learn some tricks from this guy. If we bring Cesc back that instantly puts us on another level. Put all ill feelings aside and just think about how the team would struggle to dominate possession against teams like Norwich. The engine room needs fixing and if we get that right it helps the attack and takes pressure off the defence.
I think we need to give Sagna a new contract and play him at CB. Instead sign a RB..
Arsene Wenger, the only football manager that got paid 8 million quid to do nothing but sit on his arse..
Cesc forced a move pretty much and was a ****....
But I'd have him back.
Cesc wanted to go home and probably felt that was his last chance.
At least he didn't go to our bitter rivals.
He is a must get.
Seen reports that we have first refusal on cesc if barca sell, so if united bit for him, I can't see wenger letting them have him. He would bid I'm sure of it
I bear Cesc no ill will and would gladly welcome him back. He would undoubtedly improve our midfield and would care more about our club than almost any other potential targets out there.
Also, as PnG said, it would be pretty galling watching him play for Manure, so hope that would never happen.
I don'tr know why people keep bringing that point up on here. If Henry had arrived in his prime during the Emirates era, we'd have never have won anything with him either because the foundations just weren't there. We've been banging on for years about needed a solid defence and if Wenger would have addressed the problem and fixed it while he was there, we'd have won some titles. Look how many games we blew at the last minute because of poor defending. The Birmingham collapse is one example.Furthermore, we won fuck all with him spearheading our midfield, and he went on to flop at the ****s.
Now that we look more like a solid force and not so top heavy, it would be perfect for a player like Cesc to come in and push us on.
Cesc wont leave Barca.
