Plus 10M left after the signings of Gervinho + foxy fairy tale, which were bought with part of the "40M available to splash". How much is there left to pay for the stadium after all this?

Like you say, these sales cut more money off the stadium debt. I think in the unlikely event of us spending the money from the sales I've got to the point where I don't even trust Wenger to spend it wisely. He'll probably go after more Projects, team doesn't need anymore, it needs experience/established quality.
Wenger made me chuckle in his pre-match interview, he said he's not afraid to spend, he said he would spend 40million on a player if he could find the right player, WTF???
