Well then the only question is what matters more to you, Arsenal or Wenger?
Can't be both cos it's contradictory. Pick Arsenal and that means you can't be happy with the shit going on which Wenger is a massive part in
Pick Wenger and you're happy with the current situation of never buying players of sufficient quality, tickets costing a bomb, shit tactics, no challenge for trophies etc.

that question only works if wenger is at fault for everything. he isnt. in my mind wenger is being thrown under a bus like he has been before by the board.
i want whats best for Arsenal, and in my mind, the man to give us the best is wenger. under new guidance, with a better CEO who knows his football not his buisness. who challenges wenger to win things.
Get all 3 inArsenal are considering moves for Swansea attacking midfielder Michu, 27, and Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko, 27, as their hopes of signing Liverpool forward Luis Suarez, 26, fade.

Napoli are preparing a late bid for Bayern Munich midfielder Luiz Gustavo. The 26-year-old is set to announce his future plans on Wednesday, with Arsenal one of the clubs interested in his signature.

Serie A side Juventus could sell right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner, 29, to Arsenal as they look to raise funds for Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen, 21, who has been a target for Liverpool and Tottenham.

Looks like Napoli have their man
Lichtsteiner is very good. Bring him home
Wenger is most certainly at fault for this disaster of a window. He is sitting on a 100million transfer kitty and all he has to show for it is a crocked french kid.
It's not even funny anymore, I honestly cannot believe how much we have screwed up this window.
Frankly this is a man who went long past his best years ago, his ability to attract the young talent he used to procure for the club has been stymied by the fact that this is now a trick that clubs are wise to and the selling clubs slap a price tag on these young players that wenger isn't prepared to pay.....therefore his cheap option are often players who aren't anywhere near good enough for the club and are clogging our wage bill.
Rightly or wrongly football has changed....and Wenger has failed to adapt....the players we have at the club are largely unable to play the pass and move style of football that Wenger enjoys and we have tended only to be successful with our current team when employing a deep lying counter attacking style (which doesn't work against most of the top sides who can defend against us well because we lack pace). Our ten match unbeaten run was largely build on defensive solidity and i don't believe for a second Wenger is behind this otherwise why weren't we that solid in defence for the whole season....more than likely this is Steve Bould's influence where he is probably the only person left at the club prepared to put his foot down and stand up to Wenger when it came to defensive set up.
Frankly i'd rather take the risk with someone new than let this current stagnation continue year in, year out qualifying for the Champions League by the skin of our teeth and somehow being pathetically grateful for it and thinking this will be the summer where the paucity of quality in our squad will be addressed.
I don't think any other manager managing a club at our level would have persisted with players like Ramsey and Arteta week in week out despite the fact that they are constantly found out by teams with more pace and bite in midfield, and if the lack of spending is purely the board's fault (which i see no evidence that it is) than surely he would petition them for more funds or looked to have moved on by now but it isn't just loyalty he is content to stick to his comfort zone and take minimal risk.
For me this is a man who long ago lost his edge, and whilst yes he is still pulling off something of an achievement by getting us into the top four (especially the last two seasons) he lacks the nous or seemingly the ambition to have us competing for trophies. *
I don't dislike Arsene Wenger and i never will but his infuriating stubborness has turned into an entrenchment and with a lack of a more forceful board or competent chief executive in place the only way to bring about any meaningful change in our fortunes is for Wenger to go.
That said i am hoping he won't need to be pushed, i am hoping that he will delay signing a new contract until the end of the season and yet again if he fails to deliver anything he will simply walk away....i think if we end the transfer window without making significant investment and he signs a new contract i will have lost all respect for him.
i know we are not exactly big fish at the moment, but i don't think even we are a step down with the Eredivise
He'd join us but spending money on a decent attacking player would make no sense to "too cool for school" Wenger
