To be honest I saw this coming. How many more results is going to take before the board take firm action and sack this bafoon, losing the league cup to the worst birmingham team, losing against league 2 opposition in Bradford, being knocked out by Blakburn in the fa cup and the 8-2 thrashing at OT. We need to change managers now, this is the worst Arsenal side I can rememeber in a while.

Major changes need to happen, either a change or manager or a fundamental change in approach. Only person with the power to force that is Stan ....... I don't hold out much hope for him intervening. In fact I'd be surprised if he's even aware of the score right now.
