Nah Chelsea, United and City have better squads then them and each have a better manager. They won't challenge for the league, I'm confident of that.
Their signings have been good and have improved them but they haven't been title winning signings. Don't think Soldado is better than Giroud and certainly not in the same class as an RVP or Suarez, Paulhino and Capoue are decent but won't win you games when you're 1 - 0 down against Stoke on a cold winter night. Don't know much about Chaldi.
They, along with Pool, have definitely closed the gap to us (top four level) though if not completely overtaken us (remains to be seen). They'll definitely be challenging us again for that spot at the very minimum. We have the advantage of experience to grind out results when it matters and also Wenger who despite some of the views on here and some of the obvious flaws he has, is a good manager capable still great at extracting the near maximum out of any squad of players.
This is assuming they lose Bale mind you, if they keep him then honestly they may have a small shot at it.
