He's a good talent, definitely no nowhere near polished, and yes those stats are bad. But in his defense, Palermo have been dogshit for the past two years. Sold off all their best creative players, he's definitely a gamble, but for the right price, I wouldn't mind him at all.
The kid has talent, just moved too Europe too young, and went to the wrong club. Wenger will be a good coach for him.
