As for Bale, I think he is at heart, a kick and rush merchant so he should be ok, certainly at countering which I imagine Real Madrid will still be quite strong at. The problems are going to come with Ronaldo and Bale both trying to belt it in from 20 years every match.

free kicks should be hilarious seeing as bale is ronaldo mk II and will look pretty pathetic doing the exact same thing in front of Ronnie's scowling face - well, should he be allowed to take one.
