Lars Bender is definitely possible but sadly I predict after another excellent season at Leverkusen the big boys will swoop in and he'll go for double what we offered this summer. We should be in the hunt though and perhaps our Germany contingent may sway him but still, we should have gone all out this summer and paid whatever it took to have him in the team right now. Dithering and penny pinching may end up costing us.

If only we got in a top striker, it would have been near perfect.

Although underwhelmed by Flamini, the more I see him and hear him talk the more I warm to the idea of his return. We got in a keeper to give chesney some comp, and importantly, got rid of dead wood.
