Man Citym in terms of man for man, have some lovely players and under a more PL experienced manager, they'd walk this league. Aguero Is one of the best out there and i wish he played for us. Lethal, clever, strong, quick, he has it all. Yaya Toure, Silva, Cashri, Jovetic, Negredo, Kompany, Zapaleta etc they have a top squad.
They have a good squad of course, but that doesn't necessarily mean they have a good mix. Their central midfield is just brute force. They only have Silva to provide a spark, as Nasri has never actually been particularly creative, even if he decides to have a good game once in a month. Yaya looks great at times, but outside those highlight reel moments he can look like a trudging oaf. Overrated, if you will. Their defensive options are the most baffling. Why do they not have better back-up at CB and LB? That much money and they spend it on extra midfielders and strikers with the same attributes as the ones they already have. And Jovetic has barely had a kick so far, so we can't judge what impact he'll have.
