Wanyama is the new Tiote.
It's all about the result. We need to bounce back from the OT flukefest United managed. A draw is unacceptable as we need to stay on top to keep confidence high. Flamini suspension not a problem as we are home and don't need him. Theo needs to start to give ozil someone to pass to. After the international break we'll be fresh and a good win is a must.

Hopefully Walcott won't start. He's the one thing I can't be positive about right now. An absolutely shit player who is bound to break up our play. He's shit, I'm right and come back to me and point out this post if he improves to the same degree as Ramsey and rips the shit out of Southampton and goes on to set the league on fire - which he definitely won't! Walcott will most definitely be an outlet but he won't necessarily be on the same wavelength as everyone else having seen his 2 weeks out turn into what seems an age. Giroud wasn't on the same wavelength as Ozil against Manure so I wouldn't be surprised if Theo needs to adjust somewhat. Fortunately, most of the plays will revolve around, Theo going for a jog and initiating the play with Ozil then picking him out so that set play should keep it simple enough.
I really hope Walcott starts, even if he's not in the greatest shape, his speed will help us against Southamptons high pressure. If he starts, im looking forward to Cazözil providing him with assists for his comeback hattrick.
I think that even if they are capable of a containing game (and I believe they are) they haven't done it enough this season to be at ease doing so, neither will Pochettino particularly favour it and that will suit us well and make for an open game. You'd think.
I suspect Theo can smell his England place slipping further and further away with Townsend currently on the wide man England merry go round....so he will won't to get back to the proceedings asap.
