I think that will be their intention but I don't think they'd have expected it to be this bad so soon. They've got no option but to buy some decent midfielders in January, they really don't have much hope of top 4 otherwise.

It's hilarious to watch.... This time last year I was having to deal with the smug grins on my manure supporting Friends. However now they shudder and try to change the subject when football is brought up as a topic.
I think this just shows what a genius Fergie is. They had no business winning the title with that squad
Moyes isn't a terrible manager but Fergie was an impossible act to follow.
They're 7 points off top 4 now aswell , I think they'll drop further.
