Last season he scored more against "top sides" than Aguero. How else does Garth Crooks decide his team of the week? It's one of the drawbacks of basing an opinion on a player without actually watching him play.

Who knows what goes on in his head.
He's playing up for the press and his fans, which is to be expected and who'll both lap it up. But he probably does believe everything he says.
