I don't really understand resting 'keepers. Outfield players who run all game fine, but 'keepers? Nah.
Yeah, they could get injured but it's pretty rare.
Kos + Verm used to be a recipe for disaster. Not anymore. Verm has been outstanding and they are clearly being drilled in training.

That's not why teams do it. A lot of the bigger teams play their 2nd choice goalies for cup games mainly because IF the first choice does get injured at some point in the season, your back-up will have a few first team games under his belt for the season.Originally Posted by Letters To Santa

With Danny Dyer at the helm, Spuds will come to attack and that should make it an open game. I'd play Guerude if hes fit as i dont think Feo orm Pod will test their defenders enough, esp at home where space will be tight.
