We aren't going to get the current abomination fixed in this window. No chance. We can maybe get a couple of pieces to the puzzle though and maybe manage a few more in January. We need to re-establish ourselves as a team who can compete at the highest level and it's not going to be a quick fix.

+ 1 - 3 more decent squad players at least
Before the January Transfer Window:
Bring in the best younger players and give them a chance (cuz there's no one else left anyway). If we can get 3-5 players coming up from our ranks, players who can do a job, than we have a slightly deeper squad. Players like Frimpong, Miyachi, Ignasi, Afobe, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Coquelin. They'll need time and games to become useful players. Some may not make the grade but we have time to find out.
January Transfer Window:
Ideally 2-3 more players in areas of need and where young players haven't developed. We need to target players of exceptional ability here who may come available. Get rid of shite like Diaby and Chamakh and Squillaci.
Summer Transfer Window:
Get the last couple of pieces required - players like M'Vila or Hazard. Get rid of the remaining shite - Denilson, Vela, etc.
