I fear that Everton will be a bigger threat than we have faced in the past.

Both of us have a fixture against Man City - neither of us are probably going to lost that one. But ask yourself this - who do you honestly believe has a better chance of getting anything out of it?

the bookies have us at 1/5 which is a joke, i'd suggest you all lump on Everton at 9/2. Lets be honest here, City will beat us and Everton will beat fulham.

3 points behind with a game in hand. They then beat us and they are level with a game in hand.

Id say by the time we play Wigan we will be in 5th which in its own way may affect Wengers selection for the cup game as we play West ham 3 days later.

We'll probably fucking beat City knowing our precious 4th place is under threat.

More likely we beat Everton, can't see us beating city. They are focused unlike the Wigan performance. They just stuffed United in there own backyard and we have just been spanked and drawn to a last minute equaliser which required ricochets off three of our players to go in.

But if fourth is in danger, dread to think how he will treat the FA cup semi, if we don't have any players back from injury.

Kinda shocking that given our position a few months back we might now be in a fight for 4th place, we we miles away from 5th not so long ago!

Looking at the run in February and March though I could see a lot of points being dropped, our inability to perform against the top teams is a real achilles heel, I know people say you can win stuff without beating them but it's very rare that you do so.

Just shows how quickly things change in football. Massive if we beaten Chelsea we would have beaten Swansea and you would fancy us at home to city too. Thus given us a great chance for the league. Smashed by Chelsea to add to the city and Liverpool debacles and the wheels come off so quickly.

The other two thumpings were followed by a draw and then a win.

Liverpool did not qualify last year and they are having a good season and attracted some top players!

We need to finish outside the top 4 so that ******* resigns and we bring in a new Manager and new Coaching Staff (And of course, a new Medical Team!).

If we finish 4th, this nonsense will continue, I assure you.

Dont agree with the part of calling him a **** (as I am a mature person now)

But yes, we finish top 4, same shit different season will continue. If AW is going to resign, I hope we get 4th place. If not, I could give a fuck less if we get it.
Arsene Wenger, the only football manager that got paid 8 million quid to do nothing but sit on his arse..

Liverpool are having a great season, congrats to them. Then they need to have a great season next year, and the year after and the year after that. But will they? Big projects to come yet for Liverpool if they want sustained rather than sporadic success. All it will take is a swish of a chequebook to dismantle that team if they can't keep the players in the luxury they have become accustomed to. Athletico are doing great in Spain too, but they face all the same problems Liverpool face here. It's a bit like not being drowned by the first tidal wave and there's only seven more behind it. Liverpool will have to get some flood defences in if they want to stay above the likes of the chavs or the gypos on a consistent basis. That's what we have been doing and that's why CL football remains very important to our plans.
