Kaka would be a very expensive backup, can't see him starting ahead of Schweinsteiger. And the German won't have come here to play second fiddle. We'd be making a statement of intent if we tried for Hazard. We could say, "We intend to sign Hazard" If Lille wanted to get all negative and say no then that would be their problem.
