It's ridiculous I agree, but they obviously rate him and prefer to pay him that then lose him and then have to pay a big transfer fee to replace him. Manager's need players as much as players needs managers, the two work together to deliver success.
Hard to be 100% sure but beyond a shadow of a doubt this looks like an Arsenal player. According to the Daily George Bush "somebody" has been spreading the rumour this is the ex-Arsenal star Lasagne Diarrhoea - an Arsenal star because he played 7 times for us, whereas he only played 13 times for the chavs, 24 times for Portsmouth and 87 times for Real Madrid.
Now they accept it's not him - probably because he plays for Moscow and was on the TV denying it. That's not to say the rumours weren't justified of course.
