While we're LOLling at England, I'd like to also point out Sterling was dreadful today. But it's harsh to criticise a kid in what is his fourth or something appearance.
The commentators calling flicking the ball past one player "a great run" and later calling Barkley going in a sideways line across the pitch "an incredible run" just makes you despair.
Hart is a truly awful goalkeeper. A clown who never learns.
Baines has been exposed defensively and today was cowardly, failing to cross numerous times when he had time and space. But he scored that penalty once. He and Shaw being ahead of Cole and Gibbs continues to show how weak Woy is with his media-picked squad.
