If "the wicket's a road" as they keep saying, it doesn't explain how the star batsmen have got out. The 10th wicket partnerships definitely deserve credit, but the lack of firepower has definitely made it less daunting. Can't imagine Mitchell Johnson or Steyn struggling to mop up the tail even on this pitch. This has been a problem for some time with India, recall McCallum's triple hundred in the last series. They get themselves into a winning position and Gerrard it up.

On TMS Vaughan said only 10% of the deliveries this morning would've hit the stumps. Botham says he doesn't know what the reaction would be if this was Cook's captaincy. Dhoni's fucking useless, he should stick to his twenty20 village cric.
