    Up until the last 40 mins or so tonight when he faded, he was definitely Germany's best player of the tournament. He glues them together and does everything with zero fuss. Almost always retains possession. I think the media have reserved the award for Kroos though. Who was also good in the main but also careless on occasion. Schweinsteiger was MOTM tonight though, immense and we should buy him immediately.
