Yeah I read that too.

Basically whoever we buy for DM is going to cost a fair bit assuming Carvalho and Bender are our remaining targets.

I think Wenger will go for an internal solution too, most likely stick with Arteta and Flamini.....cant' see us paying over the odds/"over AW's valuation" for either of Carvalho or Bender.
