Would be a good move for him. Its hard to see him getting much game time with the amount of widemen/attacking players we have right now. Theo, Ox, Cazorla, Pod, Sanchez etc are all ahead of him in the pecking order.

Hard to tell, a year ago I'd have thought the idea of us spending 43million on Ozil and then 35million on Sanchez seemed fanciful.
Personally I don't see it happening because Vermaelen will see out his contract at Arsenal, I think United don't want to pay over ten million for him and he will be with us next season
