Giroud injured or not we need a better striker or at least decent cover if we are going to continue playing the current system. That's not Sanogo, but unfortunately Wenger seems to think otherwise. What does he see in this player? It's a mystery. If Giroud's injury is long term and we go with Sanogo then we'll (literally) get no goals from the front, the midfield will have to step up dramatically. Particularly Ramsey and hopefully Ozil and Alexis.
Or we could change the system - which we should do anyway, because it's bollocks.

Wenger when asked if he is confident about the options he has with Giroud out - "Ofcourse, why should I not be confident" - Come on Wumger "me old son" - nobody asks Pelegrini that when Aguero is injured because he has Jovetic, Dzecko & Negrado to fall back on - We've got Sonogo & Campbell. The reason why the bloke asked you the question is that he, the rest of the room, the rest of the world know that we have no confidence in any other striker because their all shite.
