We have no idea how Park will be yet. Odemwingie isn't particularly great in any case.
He's a damn good player, virtually carried that team last year, can play anywhere upfront, great pace, and good technical ability and most importantly he scores goals. He would've been a good addition

He scores some goals, he's just as prolific (which isn't that much) as a lot of the players we already have. I don't think it's fair to say he carried WBA at all. He certainly didn't carry WBA when it came to his fuck-ups against Man Utd, which really they should've got something out of. He was part of a fairly good attack, which probably needed to be fairly good given their defence was so poor. You're missing out players like Brunt, Thomas and even Scharner - they were just as big a part of 'carrying' them as Odemwingie supposedly was.
But after that fuck up, he recovered and dealt with it, and finished strong, not saying he would've gotten us to the next level, but right now we have one real goal scorer, and Theo and Arshavin, after that it's pretty much nothing. Would helped in terms of depth. 15 goals in your first England season at WBA aint nothing to sniff at.Originally Posted by McNamara That Ghost...

Gervinho too I'd say. I suspect he'll get somewhere around that region of goals.
