I think the frequency of chances point is why I’ve been disappointed with Lacazette. He’s been a peripheral figure here, never seems to be in the right place at the right time.

I’m more of the school of playing better players. Mustafi is a good defender and absolutely nullified Kane and Ali at the Emirates.
You can’t legislate for a player that is slow and can be turned too easily, exposing Monreal to a pacey attack when you have only Ospina in goal is suicide.
I don’t rate Elneny not one bit, but Ramsey?. Spurs’ game is built on pressing players on the ball, what’s the one thing Ramsey gets exposed for the absolute joke of a footballer he is....being pressed on the ball.
A few big hitters in the spurs team tonight. Great![]()
Are you still certain Aurier will play sherbert?
Ramsey will fight, at least. Elneny will just look to play it backwards at the first sign of pressure. Wenger has destroyed him. He looked promising enough when he arrived but he's taken up Wenger's bullshit system far to eagerly and become a non-entity as a result. Ramsey can run for the 90 minutes too, and we'll need that.
Für eure Sicherheit
I think Elneny's game was always quite cautious tbf.
He is also less likely to give the ball away than any other midfielder we probably have.
Fight? No he will mess himself or give away posesssion sloppily in a stupid position as soon as any pressure is applied. We don’t need him running, it doesn’t contribute to anything it’s just the movements of a headless chicken.
I understand your criticism of Elneny, but if he does as he’s told just breaks up play and protects the defence that’s all we need from him. That is too much to ask of Ramsey.
