By Thursday 10pm there will be no English teams left in European competitions
You still get people who say they support any English club in European competition, that's anathema to me. I'm either wanting them to fail or at best indifferent.
So I'm quite happy for all English clubs barring Arsenal to fail in Europe
Then again I find it hard to support the English national team (I've never seen being patriotic as an asset) especially with people like Terry, Gerrard and Rooney as Captains. In fact I love it when England go out of major tournaments because you immediately lose the thugs and bandwagon jumpers in chainmaile nonsense and painted faces.

Depends who's playing. Marketing or the cuntalans and I'd want any other team to beat them, except the chavs.
Für eure Sicherheit
I never, ever, understood the "support the English club in Europe" thing.
Bollocks to that. I'll cheer for whoever I want and 9 times out of 10 that isn't going to be a rival.
I guess the point is, aside from the clubs I mentioned I don't regard any of the other English clubs as rivals.
Unless I have a particular reason to hate them or like the foreign side (which is pretty much never the case) I'd go for the English side.
I guess if Stoke kicked their way into Europe I'd have to support whoever they were playing.
Rosicky and Gabriel trained, so will probably take Akpom and Chambers' places in the squad.
Arteta, Debuchy and Gnabry also spotted, but are obviously a few weeks off match fitness.
Ox, Wheelchair, Diaby still dead.
I feel this is going to be little bit damp squib and at best we will get a win, but Monaco will do enough to close the game off. 1-2.
If we get an early lead and can go 0-2 up at half-time though, then obviously it will be on!
At which point, WUMger sends on Flamini and Szczesny to give our full-backs protection.
I loved the look of Gnabry last season and I cannot wait to see him again. IF Theo were to leave, he should be a shoe-in for him. Think he has bags of ability.. very very exciting player!
Arsene Wenger, the only football manager that got paid 8 million quid to do nothing but sit on his arse..
